All deposits made to SKyDeal Game accounts are intended for gameplay and participation in our Rummy games. Before making any deposits, users should be familiar with this refund policy.
Refundable Circumstances
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Accidental Deposits: If you accidentally make a deposit or duplicate transaction due to technical issues, you may request a refund.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If unauthorized deposits are made from your payment method, you may report and request a refund.
- Technical Failures: If a technical failure on our end causes a deposit to be processed but not credited to your account, you may request a refund.
- Service Interruptions: If you are unable to access our services for an extended period after making a deposit, a refund may be granted.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:
- Game Losses: Losses incurred during gameplay are not refundable. This includes losses in any Rummy game variant.
- Deposits Used for Gameplay: Once deposited funds have been used for gameplay, they are not eligible for refunds.
- Breach of Terms: Deposits from accounts found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions are not refundable.
- Already Processed Transactions: Deposits that have already been processed and credited to your account cannot be refunded unless under exceptional circumstances.

SKyDeal Game reserves the right to verify all refund requests and may require additional documentation or information before processing a refund.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at business@anuskyservices.com or through the in-app help center.
- Provide your account details and the transaction information for which you are requesting a refund.
- Clearly state the reason for your refund request.
- Submit any relevant evidence or screenshots to support your request.
- Allow up to 5-7 business days for our team to review your request.
Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved:
- For credit/debit card payments, refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days, but may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account depending on your bank's policies.
- For UPI/Net banking transactions, refunds will typically be processed within 3-5 business days.
- For wallet payments, refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours.
Refund Method
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the deposit. In case the original payment method is unavailable, we may:
- Request alternative account details for bank transfer.
- Offer account credits if bank transfer is not possible.
Please note that we might require additional verification before processing refunds to alternative methods.
